Order Processing

  • Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Options and Rates

Cyprus

  • Orders over €50: Free shipping (when applicable).
  • Orders under €50:
    • €2 for courier pickup.
    • €4 for home delivery.
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days.

International Shipping

  • Orders over €50: Free shipping.
  • Orders under €25: €2.
  • Delivery Time: 4-8 working days.

International Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SKN:KR Korean Skincare.

Order Status and Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes may vary depending on local couriers. International P.O. box shipping cannot be guaranteed. Please provide an alternative address if needed.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at valentraltd@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue.
