Give blemishes targeted care with the PURITO SEOUL Wonder Releaf Centella Spot Patch, ultra-thin hydrocolloid patches designed to protect problem areas while helping calm the look of irritated, blemish-prone skin.

Each patch combines hydrocolloid technology with Korean Centella Asiatica and Centella actives including Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside and Asiatic Acid. The waterproof hydrocolloid layer helps shield blemishes from external irritants and picking while absorbing fluid from the affected area.

The transparent, matte finish blends discreetly into the skin, making the patches comfortable to wear during the day, under makeup or overnight. The pack contains 51 patches in two sizes: 36 × 10mm and 15 × 12mm, so you can choose the best fit for each blemish.

Perfect for keeping your hands off active spots while giving them a clean, protected environment to recover.

Apply to clean, completely dry skin before serum, moisturiser or other skincare products. Choose a patch slightly larger than the blemish and press it firmly onto the area.

Leave on for 4–8 hours or until the patch turns white, then gently remove. Replace with a fresh patch if necessary. Suitable for daytime or overnight use.
